SHIPPING POLICY

The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. Some items might need to be made or sourced. We will keep you informed by email. Generally items will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

The UK left the European Union on 31 January 2020. The transition period that was in place ended on 31 December 2020.

From 1 January 2021, you should be aware of the following changes:

Additional import charges and Value Added Tax (VAT) apply when you buy from websites in the UK (depending on the value of the items please see your local government page for more information on which charges to expect)

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you for any reason want to return an item to us, please inform us of this and send it with all components of the item in the original packaging and documents that accompanied your order. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the return relates to a fault in the order or item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery

Also include a brief explanation of the problem and how you would like it settled. Items with defects in the material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at our option.


 

DAMAGED PARCEL OR CONTENT

If your parcel was damaged in transit, please retain the carton and contents intact. Take pictures of the damaged box and broken content and then immediately contact us for further instructions.
