AA1200 18c European Court Sword with Scabbard


During the Baroque period this sword that was known as the Hofdegen or dress sword developed.

This replica of the Hofdegens has a blade of spring steel EN45 of triangular cross section which is not sharpened. The guard and the curved hand guard are made of brass, with a wooden handle .

The scabbard is made of leather-wrapped wood, with brass fittings and a hook for attaching the scabbard on a belt.
