Returns Policy


If you do find it necessary to return an item to us, please inform us of this and send it insured with all components of the item in the original packaging and documents that accompanied your order.
Also include a brief explanation of the problem and how you would like it settled. Items with defects in the material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at our option. If the item is covered by a manufacturer's warranty , we will forward it to the manufacturer for their repair or replacement. Please note the special conditions regarding footwear and watches, which are sent with your order.

Damage Parcel or Evidence of Theft

If your parcel was damaged or pilfered in transit, please retain the carton and contents intact. Call the delivery carrier for handling instructions and then immediately call our Customer Service Department for further instructions.
